Vistanraitti

“Fancy a spin in the centre?”

Main street Vistantie, which is also unofficially called “vistanraitti”, runs through the city center of Paimio. This may well have been called “raitti” in the early 1960s, when there were no sidewalks along the road and horses and farm vehicles moved along the muddy road.

Today, in addition to shops, schools, the town hall, the church, the park, the fire department and much more can be found along the main street of the Paimio city center, the Vistantie aka Vistanraitti.
